Ingredients

  • 1 tbls vegetable oil
  • 800 g lean beef (cut in strips)
  • 1 onion (large, diced)
  • 1 clove garlic (finely sliced)
  • 400 g button mushrooms (sliced)
  • ¾ cup beef stock
  • 1 tbls Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbls cornflour (mix with water)
  • 2 tbls cold water
  • 100 g natural yogurt
  • ¼ cup parslef (chopped)

    Heat oil in a LARGE non-stick frying pan, medium heat add beef strips in batches, cook for or until brown.

    Return all meat to pan, add onion garlic and mushrooms and cook for .

    Stir in stock, Worcestershire sauce and cornflour mix and bring to the boil.

    Reduce heat and simmer, covered for another .

    Stir in yogurt and parsley and season to taste.

    Serve with rice, veggies and yogurt.
