Beef Soup
Ingredients
- 4-6 pounds chuck roast
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 tbsps worcestershire sauce
- 2 Bay leaves
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme
- 4 sprigs fresh parsley
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 onion quartered
- 4 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 turnips, peeled and cut in 6 wedges
- ½ cabbage, cut in 3 wedges
- 1-½ pound yukon gold potatoes, cut in 2 inch chunks
