Serves 6

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 4 oz Monterey Jack (shredded)
  • 1 ½ tsps salt
  • ⅛ tsp pepper
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • ½ c. Russian Dressing
  • ¼ c. horseradish mustard
  • 6 hot dog buns

Instructions

Keep screen awake

    With hands, lightly mix beef, cheese, salt, & pepper.
  • 2
    Divide mixture into 6 portions & form each into shape of hot dog.

    Grill "dogs" over moderate heat for ., turning occasionally.
  • 4
    In the meantime, mix onion, dressing, & mustard together in small saucepan.

    Cook sauce on grill for ., stirring occasionally.
  • 6
    If desired, toast buns.
  • 7
    Serve "dogs" on buns with sauce.
