Ingredients
Adjust servings and measurements
2 lbs
ground beef
4 oz
Monterey Jack (shredded)
1 ½ tsps
salt
⅛ tsp
pepper
1
small onion (chopped)
½ c
. Russian Dressing
¼ c
. horseradish mustard

hot dog buns
Instructions
Keep screen awake

With hands, lightly mix beef, cheese, salt, & pepper.

Divide mixture into 6 portions & form each into shape of hot dog.

Grill "dogs" over moderate heat for
20-30 mins
., turning occasionally.

In the meantime, mix onion, dressing, & mustard together in small saucepan.

Cook sauce on grill for
10-mins
., stirring occasionally.

If desired, toast buns.

Serve "dogs" on buns with sauce.
