Easy homemade ravioli

Ingredients

  • 12 oz lean ground beef
  • 1 tsp parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning blend
  • ½ tsp garlic salt
  • ½ tsp coarse ground fennel seed
  • ¼ tsp granulated garlic
  • ¼ tsp coarse ground pepper
  • 1 c or more if needed ricotta cheese
  • ½ c grated mozzarella
  • ½ c grated parmesan or asiago
  • 1 pkg 60 counts pot sticker wrappers

    Brown beef in a skillet, I throw it in the processor after it's cool and bump it until it no longer has lumps. Add remaining ingredients except wrappers and mix well, at this point it should stick together when mashed into a ball. Refrigerate for . On a clean surface lay out 20 wrappers, Put 1 1/2 tsp of filling in the center of all twenty. clean hands and take a brush dipped in water and paint around the edges of four wrappers at a time, then fold wrappers over filling pressing air out and edges together. Place on a parchment papered sheet pan in a single layer not touching, repeat until all 20 are done. repeat the process until all 60 are completed.
