Ingredients

  • 2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • 3 ½ cups beef broth
  • 1 package elbow macaroni
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream

    In a soup pot, brown ground beef with onion over high heat, stirring to break up the beef. Add broth, macaroni, paprika, garlic powder, and pepper, and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium-high, cover, and simmer , or until macaroni is tender.

    Remove heat; stir in sour cream, and serve in bowls.
