Ingredients

  • ½ c. ketchup
  • 6 tbsps vinegar (cider / balsamic)
  • 2 tbsps Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 tsps brown sugar (light)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 chicken (breasts [skinless, boneless])
  • 4 personal sized pizza crusts (fully baked)
  • mozzarella (shredded)
  • onion (red [sliced])

    GRILLING: Preheat grill to medium heat. BROILING: Preheat broiler & place rack 3-in. from heat.

    In small saucepan, mix together ketchup, vinegar, Worcestershire, brown sugar, & garlic.

    Bring sauce to boil over medium-high heat. Stirring constantly, cook till thickened (about .)°

    Remove sauce from heat & stir in pepper.

    Brush sauce on one side of chicken.

    GRILLING: Place chicken SAUCE SIDE DOWN on grill. BROILING: Place chicken on rack sauce side up.

    Cook chicken, turning & basting with sauce, till juices run clear when pierced with knife (about ./side).

    Cool chicken; then shred.

    Preheat oven to 400° F.

    Cover each pizza crust with barbecue sauce, mozzarella, onion, & chicken.
