Basic Bread Recipe
This is a basic yeast bread recipe we use with freahly milled flour. Easy to double or triple.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups Hot Water (No more than 130 degree)
- ⅓ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ⅓ cup Local Honey
- 2 tsps Salt
- 1 Egg
- 4-4 ½ cups freashly milled flour (I use 2 cups hard red and 1 cup hard white will yield about 4 ½ cups)
- 1 tb Lecithin
- 1 tb Yeast (Fast Rising)
