Banana Pancakes

Can be frozen.

To reheat preheat oven to 350°F and heat for 5 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tsps baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 egg (room temp and beaten)
  • 1 cup milk (room temp)
  • 2 tbsps butter (room temp and melted)
  • 2 ripe bananas (mashed)

Instructions

Keep screen awake

    Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in bowl.

    Mix together egg, milk, butter and bananas in second bowl.

    Stir flour mixture into banana mixture; batter will be slightly lumpy.

    Heat griddle to 350F
  • 5
    Lightly butter surface
  • 6
    Scoop batter onto griddle using 1/4 cup for each pancake
  • 7
    Cook until golden brown for first side for second side.
