- 1 cup Steel Cut Oats
- 1 Ripe Banana (Mashed)
- ¼ cup Chopped Walnuts
- 2 cups Skim Milk (Or Almond Milk)
- 2 cups Water
- 2 tbsps Flax Seed Meal
- 2 tbsps Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- ½ tsp Nutmeg
- ½ tsp Salt
- Banana Slices (Optional garnish)
- Walnuts (Optional garnish)
- Brown Sugar (Optional garnish)
