- 1 cup sugar (½ c stevia blend, monk fruit and ½ cup coconut sugar)
- ½ cup shortening (¼ c butter and ¼ c coconut oil)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1-½ cup flour (Gluten free cup per cup)
