Banana Bread - Gluten Free

Nutitional information: For each muffin: 92 calories, 24.6 grams carbs, .1 grams fat, 1.1 grams of protein, .9 grams fiber and 6.3 grams sugar

Ingredients

  • 2-3 ripe bananas
  • ⅓ cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • ¾ cup sugar or (½ cup monk fruit and ¼ cup coconut sugar)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1-½ cup GF flour

Instructions

Keep screen awake

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Mix together butter and sugar. Add egg and bananas and vanilla.

    Add baking soda, salt and flour.
  • 4
    Place in greased baking pan or muffin tins.

    bake for if in pan and if in muffin tins.
  • 6
    May add chocolate chips or blueberries to batter for a little variety.
