Enjoy this simple and easy to prepare recipe for crispy, baked toasted raviolis. Serve as a snack or appetizer with a side of warm marinara sauce.

Ingredients

  • All-purpose Flour
  • 1 egg, (beaten)
  • 1 tsp water
  • 1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan, (freshly grated)
  • 25 ounces cheese ravioli (1 package)

    Begin by preheating your oven to 400 degrees. Prepare a wire rack on top of a baking sheet for the toasted raviolis.

    Place the flour in a small bowl. In a separate, small bowl, beat the egg and water together. In a separate, large bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, oregano, basil, garlic powder, and parmesan. Mix well.

    To bread the raviolis, dip each in the flour, followed by the egg wash and then in the breadcrumb mixture. Be sure to spray both sides of the raviolis with cooking spray to adhere. Place them on the wire rack and bake for until golden brown.
