Baked Tilapia with Tomatoes
Inexpensive, low calorie and easy to prepare

Ingredients
- 4 tilapia fillets
- 4 medium tomatoes (peeled and chopped)
- 2 T olive oil
- 1-½ tsp dried thyme
- ¼ cup black olives, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup red onion, diced
- 1 T lime juice
