Ingredients

  • 1 whole sweet potatoe (wash)
  • ⅓ cup Honey
  • 2 tsps butter
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • aluminum foil
  • fork

Instructions

Keep screen awake

    Wash and clean off any debris on potato
  • 2
    take a fork and make holes all over the potato.
  • 3
    put potato on aluminum foil large enough to cover and make a sack with handle
  • 4
    layer butter in pieces along the top of potatoe
  • 5
    drizzle honey side to side and end to end on the potato
  • 6
    sprinkle nutmeg all over top of potato and close the aluminum foil around potato. ensure sides are sealed so no juice leaks from aluminum foil onto your oven floor.

    Bake at 425 for . Then adjust temperature to 375 and bake for another . Test the outside of potato for doneness. If your potato is soft, its finished. Ovens vary so the minutes are just a guideline.
