Ingredients

  • 500 g Mince
  • 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Sauce

  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 carrot grated
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 jar tomato passata
  • ¾ cup water
  • 1 bunch spinach (stalks removed)

    Preheat oven and a large casserole dish to 220°C (for meatballs). Bring a pot of salted water to the boil (for pasta).

    Meatballs - mix together 1 pack beef, 1 pack meatball crumb, 1 egg and 1 tsp soy sauce. Roll into golf-ball sized balls. Place into pre-heated baking dish, in a single layer, and bake for .
