Bacon Buffalo Mac and Cheese

Ingredients
- ½ lb medium shells
- 4 strips bacon, chopped
- ½ red bell pepper, finely diced
- 12 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup wing sauce
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar / Monterrey jack cheese
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
