Ingredients

  • 2 tbsps flax seeds (ground)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 c. yogurt
  • 1 ½ c. fruit (Use frozen blueberries, strawberries, peaches, mangoes, or raspberries.)
  • 1 c. soy milk (You can substitute regular milk.)

Instructions

Keep screen awake

    Put all ingredients in blender & process till you reach desired texture.
