Awesome Smoothies

Ingredients
- 2 tbsps flax seeds (ground)
- 1 banana
- 1 c. yogurt
- 1 ½ c. fruit (Use frozen blueberries, strawberries, peaches, mangoes, or raspberries.)
- 1 c. soy milk (You can substitute regular milk.)
