Ingredients

  • ¾ c Onio diced fine
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ c White wine
  • 1 tbsp Worcetershire
  • 5 c Beef broth with drippings
  • 2 tbsps A P flour.
  • ¼ c Bacon grease or oil
