Mix flour, salt and yeast until blended. Add hot water, stir until everything is wet ( or less).
Scrape down bowl and cover with plastic wrap and let set overnight.
Flour counter and carefully scrape dough on to floured surface and gently from the bottom edges of dough form a ball, don't knock the air out of the dough. Place parchment paper in LG bowl, place lightly floured ball on the parchment paper in bowl, cover with towel. set your Dutch oven cover and all in oven and turn it on to 450 after pick up your loaf by the over hanging parchment and set it in the preheated Dutch oven, cover and bake , uncover and bake 6 more minutes. Let cool fo .
