Artichokes With Croutons

Ingredients

  • 18 oz artichoke hearts (frozen)
  • 1 slice bread (white)
  • 2 tbsps butter (melted)
  • Lemon-Butter Sauce

  • ¼ c. butter`
  • 1 ½ tbsps lemon juice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 dash pepper

Instructions

Keep screen awake

    Dice bread into tiny cubes.
  • 2
    Cook artichoke hearts per package instructions; drain well.

    LEMON-BUTTER SAUCE: Put all ingredients into saucepan & heat together briefly till just blended.

    Pour LEMON-BUTTER SAUCE over artichokes.
  • 5
    Toast bread cubes in butter &sprinkle over artichokes.
