Apricot-Glazed Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh green beans (Cut into 3 in. pieces)
  • ⅓ cup apricot preserves
  • 1 tbsp butter or margarine
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

    Place beans in a steamer basket in a saucepan over 1 in. water.

    Bring to a boil; cover and steam for or until crisp-tender.

    In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the preserves, butter and salt.
  • 4
    Heat, uncover on high for or until butter is melted.
  • 5
    Transfer beans to a serving bowl; and apricot mixture and toss to coat.
