I know that using raw eggs is a risk these days. For that reason, I try to use organic eggs, free range eggs, or from a source I know.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 dash cinnamon (ground)
  • 1 dash ginger (ground)
  • 2 c. apple juice (chilled)
  • nutmeg (ground)
  • 1 pt. vanilla ice cream

Instructions

Keep screen awake

    In blender, blend eggs, cinnamon, ginger, & apple juice.
  • 2
    Add ice cream & blend till smooth.
  • 3
    Top each serving with a little nutmeg.
