Apple Eggnog
I know that using raw eggs is a risk these days. For that reason, I try to use organic eggs, free range eggs, or from a source I know.

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 dash cinnamon (ground)
- 1 dash ginger (ground)
- 2 c. apple juice (chilled)
- nutmeg (ground)
- 1 pt. vanilla ice cream
