Ingredients

  • 1-½ cup gluten free flour
  • 1-½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp cream of tarter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • ¾ cup sugar (or part monkfruit)
  • 6 tbsps butter
  • 2 eggs (room temperature)
  • ¾ cup apple cider
  • ⅓ cup sugar Mixed with 1 tsp cinnamon

    Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease donut pan.

    In a large bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cream of tarter, 1 tsp cinnamon, nutmeg, and 3/4 cup of sugar. Create a well in the center, and add butter, eggs and cider. Mix to combine.

    Transfer batter to a piping bag. Squeeze batter into prepared donut pan. Bake for .
