Apple and Spice Baked Oatmeal
Delicious for brunch or breakfast potluck 250 calories each 47 grams carbs

- 2 tbs Honey
- 2 cups Chopped apples
- ¾ cup Golden raisens
- 1 tb Cornstarch
- ¾ tsp Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp Nutmeg
- 1 cup Quick oats (Gluten free)
- ⅓ cup Chopped walnuts (Or pecans)
- ½ tsp Baking powder
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbs Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
