Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup spinach or kale
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 banana
  • ½ tsp flax
  • ½ tsp hemp
  • ¼ inch ginger root, peeled
  • ¼ inch turmeric root, peeled
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Keep screen awake

    Blend all together in vitamin
