While yeast mixture is resting add the remainder of ingredients to a second bowl and mix until you get a crumbly mixture.

Add flour mixture to yeast mixture and stir until a soft dough forms, turn out onto a lightly floured surface and knead 15 times.

Divide into 12 equal pieces and roll into balls, flatten to about 3/4 inch thick rounds and place on a pam sprayed sheet pan. cover and let proof for while oven heats to 400 degrees

Once they have doubled in size bake for or until browned.
