Ingredients

  • 6 oz tomato paste
  • 1 clove garlic (crushed)
  • ½ tsp oregano (dried)
  • ½ tsp basil (dried)
  • 1 dash pepper
  • yeast roll dough (enough for 18 rolls)
  • 1 c. olives (stuffed, chopped)
  • ¾ lb ground beef
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • ½ c. Parmesan (grated)

Instructions

    Grease 2 10-in. pizza pans.

    Turn dough onto floured board & knead until it's smooth & easy to handle. Put in greased bowl, cover, & let rise in warm place for .

    Brown meat & drain.

    Punch down dough & divide in half. Roll each half into 10-in. circle about 1/4-in. thick. Place each on a pizza pan & form a shallow rim around edge.

    Mix together tomato paste, garlic, oregano, basil, & pepper. Spread 1/2 on each pizza dough.

    Preheat oven to 425º F.

    Sprinkle meat, olives, & Cheddar on each pizza. Sprinkle Parmesan on top.

    Bake till crust browns & cheese melts (app. .).
