Almost Paleo Granola
Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup chopped almonds
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup gluten free rolled oats
- ¾ cup chia seeds, dry
- ¾ cup hemp seeds, raw and shelled
- ½ cup ground flax seeds
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsps cinnamon
- ⅓ cup coconut oil
- ½ cup honey, agave, or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg white (helps granola stay in lovely large chunks, instead of little crumbles)
