coconut cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 2 pkgs philadelphia cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ c. cream of coconut
  • ½ c. sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 graham pie crust (honey maid 6 oz)
  • 2 c. cool whip (thawed)
  • ½ c. coconut, toasted (bakers angel flake)

Instructions

Keep screen awake
  • 1
    preheat oven 350, beat cream cheese, cream of coconut, sugar & vanilla with elec mixer on med. add eggs mix just until blended
  • 2
    pour into crust
  • 3
    bake or until center is almost set. cool. refrigerate or overnight. top with whipped topping and toasted coconut just before serving... store in fridge
