Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
8 oz cream cheese softened
6 oz instant vanilla pudding
2 c whole milk
20 oz crushed pineapple drained
8 oz whipped topping
½ c shredded coconut
1 c diced walnuts

1.bake cake mix by directions on box in 9x13 pan, set aside to cool. beat cream cheese until creamy. gradually add milk. beat in pudding mix until thickened. spread pudding mixture over cooled cake. top with well drained pineapple

spread with whipped topping. sprinkle with coconut and nuts and refrigerate. serve cold. Notes use the pineapple juice in the cake mix in place of the water.
